Any opnions of this scope would be appreciated. Is it correct for a 1903A4 and what is it's value? Thanks.

I'd say no. It does not have the right knobs nor any period etching. It looks to be a civilian scope. Price would be around a couple hundred or so . I believe they are allowed in the new sniper matches , and the demand has caused the price to go up.
