    Springfield Armory Garand

I snagged one today. The SN#328555 seems to be 9/41. The barrel is SA 4-45. SA op rod is post war as is the SA bolt. The FCG is WRA. Rear sights are lock bar with rounded ends. It is sitting in a very nice new looking DOD eagle and (P) marked stock. The finish on the metal is a consistent park and the bore looks very good but I have not done a spec on it yet.

I have the one just before it. 328219 SA which is an LL rifle. Mine hid in Englandicon for the war and some years after so it remained correct. You have one that has been in hand and undergone the usual rebuilds. Doesn't matter, it's just as good. We would however like pics...
