    S'G stock needed help

Hello everyone, this beautiful highwood S'G' came into the "Stock Sickbay" a couple of weeks ago.
Someone for some reason cobbled up the barrel channel.
My customer wanted it to look good with a rifle in it.
I used a doner to come up with the patch. It took a little fitting but now it's ready to go back into service.....Frank

Great, there he goes getting his ego feed... Just because he can perform miracles when repairing carbine stocks does NOT mean that we have to fall down and worship him - at least not more than once a week

Thanks Ed, and thank's to everyone.
It's not an ego trip for me. It's more of a therapy.
I have been fixing stocks for over 40 years.
After the loss of my son Jake, who was an M249/M60 gunner, my focus has been on "G.I." stocks.
    It helps.....Frank

Frank, I'm terribly sorry to hear about that. My heart goes out to you and your family. A son or daughter should never go before their parents.
