It WAS one of ours, disposed of many, many years ago via MoD sales. I'm not sure that the special forces are keen to mark their stuff up as such.

Can you imagine being captured and trying to convince some violent interrogator that you are a cook who's got lost on his way back from a night out. As for the SAS marked gun............er...... yes...., you bumped into someone who asked you to look after it for him and........ and.....!
