    Horn handled kukri..Allied purchase?

The clit point is blunted, looks sharpened, but intact, and horn isnt common, US and Allied troops bought these in the CBI in 1945

I have on with buffalo horn too. Pics to follow. Mine was found in the field in Wainwright Alberta after tha Gurkas left the training area. Marked with a number, the knife two away in sequence was also found not far from it. I couldn't get that one though...mine was standard issue as of the '70s.
    Regards, Jim
