    Does Anyone Really Know??

I have been trying to do some research lately on the manufacture of Garandicon buttplates but havent come up with much
Does anyone really know how to identify HRA and IHC buttplates?
Was there more than one manufacture of IHC and HRA buttplates?
Take a look at these and tell me what you think

Tony Pucci does. He examined a couple of thousand stocks taken off M1s being demilled back in 1994. He and I have written a two-part article on butt plate evolution for the Journal, but it has been bumped for several quarters because other material took priority. At the moment it is slated for Summer 2012.

I have been asked for pics of the complete buttplate so I have retaken them
Has anyone ever noticed the difference in size of the indent at the trap door. It is seen easier from the back
#5,6,7 have the smaller indent and #1,2,4 have the larger
