WOW, I am as impressed with his shooting as I am with the carbine. My already high respect for the M1Carbine, just stepped up about 10 notches! At 250 yards, close to 9mm FMJ at the muzzle. Thanks!
Another two about it by same authors:
Hmmmm, do ya' think I should go out and buy one (or two.... or three... or four... or....)?????
What would I do with it?![]()
What impressed more was the bullet being caught in flight by the camera at normal speed. That guy does have some shooting skills. Nice!

"We're surrounded, that simplifies our problem!"
He has another video on there hitting a steel plate at 200 yards with a 1911 .45
That's what I'M talking about. I love it!
My respect for the M1was cemented several years ago in a former life in law enforcement. Early one morning we had a disagreement with a gentleman in his hallway whereby he opened up on us with an M1 carbine fitted with two back to back 30 round magazines. The rounds he fired penetrated every internal plasterboard wall, many punching through the outside brickwork. One even traversed the yard, penetrated a wooden fence and punched a large hole in a neighbour’s boat some 100 metres away.
He made the mistake of peeking around the door jamb to see how many of us he got and proved that you can’t argue with a 12 gauge Remington pump shotgun at very close range either.
I can't even see a target at 250 yards..........................Nice shooting!
