    Varget in the 7.5x55 Swiss.

    Does anyone use Varget in their Swissicon K31??
    I mainly use 168-175 gr projectiles.

    Yes; With Privi Brass, Win LR primers and a Sierra 165 BTSP Gameking I use 45.0 gr.

    I have read where someone who was testing a lot of rounds for his K31icon, said for Varget, use the load data at Hodgdon for IMR4064. There is a bit of a difference in burn rates so I am not really sure about that suggestion. I imagine one could start with a light load of Varget at IMR4064 specs and see what the pressure signs are like and work up from there. Food for thought.
