My best S'G' came without a buttplate and I've been watching for a good deal on an original. I was watching one on eBay the other day, and very close to the end of the auction it was at less than $15. I signed on at the last few minutes and decided to try "sniping" it - time almost ran out on me. I was the last bidder, but still didn't get it. If I'd only bid about double my final offer, I might have won it.
Here's the one from Monday:

I figured I had another chance on one ending today, so went online about 15 minutes early and found out that it was already at a price that must be some kind of world record. I was actually the first bidder on this last one. I thought either one would have looked really nice on my carbine.

If you've been watching these at all, you've probably seen a lot of the fakes. The other day I saw what I think was one of the fakes that had been "aged." It looked like he had fastened it to the tread of a truck tire with a wood screw and then drove around the block with it a couple of times. That S'G' is starting to look pretty good with the IBM buttplate that's on it.
