    L42A1 IWS bracket

Does anybody know who is producing the repro IWS brackets and are they as good as the real thing?

I agree with JM above. SUPERB quality and accurately align as we've tried one on the armourers test range with an L42. Another positive plus is that they're not just back engineered but made from the original drawings too

I have one of Surpmil's brackets & I can 'third' what Peter & JM say. They're pretty much indistinguishable from the originals....
I was well pleased with mine.

    I'll "fourth". I've had a few and they're excellent.

Thank you gents. They're a credit to those who made them, and it wasn't me!

Just as a little aside to this thread, following the first question from XL39, I looked at ours at work. We have a couple of still-wrapped originals plus several unwrapped used ones PLUS the Milsurp repop. When I went to look at them, I couldn't identify which one was the repro! That's quality for you! I just assume that it's the one still bolted to the IIW-sight

  12. Thank You to Peter Laidler For This Useful Post:
