IR stamped stock on ebay buy it now.

What do we have here? M1icon Carbine T3 IP Stock Set
    M1 Carbine T3 WW2 Stock Set IP? | eBay
If the recoil and butt plate are USGI, it's not a bad deal assuming the stock is a war time replacement stock. What say you? How about the handguard?

The stamps on the stock are fake to start with. There are no IP marked type 3 stocks (they were out of business well before the type 3) and very few type 2 stocks were so marked with the majority of them being S'G' marked. The vast majority of IP stocks were the type1 stock I cut high wood.

    Thanks for the info.
Someone bought it now, and I'm surprised it took that long assuming the handguard was a real Underwood Pedersen item.

The cartouches look WAY too crisp for that used of a stock. He uses a cord under the nose of the stock to hide the front edge of the type III band shadow, too.
