No. 5 shoots low need help!

Hey I have a nice 1946 Faz, No.5 it shoots about 3'' low @ 50 yds, it has the .03 front sight, I have a complete set of sight blades what should I use? I believe I need to go down to raise P.O.I. up? I can use a "0" -.15, or -.03 any help would be great thanks!

Run the backsight up 6 clicks and be grateful for a rifle that can adjust to a variety of ammunition. If your next batch shoots high, all you'll have to do is turn the little knob.
