ROF Fazerlakey No.4 mk1/2

Found a pretty great Lee Enfield No.4 for sale, they are asking 500 cad for it. It has a bright 2 groove bore, the bolthead is marked 2, and it has a mk2 backsight. The entire rifle is very nice 8.5/10, does that seem like a good deal?

The rifle is 8.5 tenths of what? Five hundred dollars for a dealer's stock means HST or GST and PST, plus shipping. Keep that in mind before buying.
