Heads up on un-messed with Quality Hardware cheap!

A retired CHP friend of mine with a small gunshop is selling an original Quality Hardware for a song. I saw it today.
I cut stock with visible crossed cannons and "RMC" or "RMQ" in sling well. Stock excellent+. Weapon is Quality Hardware with Rockola barrel. Type I band (forgot to look at stampings, but it is original with three welds) Type II mag catch and push button safety, Type I rear sight with "GE Q" on one side and "S" on the other, flat bolt, blued. Metal finish is 95+% except about 3 inches on muzzle end discolored like it had surface rust. Bore is pristine. Has original C tip sling in excellent condition. His price is $1300 firm.
