Mannlicher Military Rifles by Paul S Scarlata

I've been wanting an M95 for some time but know very little about them. As I've finally located one that I'm going to be getting over the weekend, I figured I better learn something. Not a lot out there that I could find but did locate this book on Amazon. Arrived yesterday and it is a very nice book. 8 1/2 x11 and 168 pages on good paper stock. Plenty of period photos, many current photos of rifle variations. History's of the Empire, the rifles and the model development and lots of cutaways drawings.

While it doesn't seem like there is much interest in these based on the lack of discussion, I'm sure there are some that would be interested in this book.

A very good book with a lot of info that you will hardly find anywhere else. Covers pretty much the entire spectrum of straight-pull service rifles, with info on the history of the Schmidt-Rubin and Ross rifles!
