Bolt and handguard do not match. Bore very nice, shiny with some frost in the bore.

I have not seen one with the metal plate in the left of the butt. Field repair? Special purpose?

Issued that way for mountain troops. You don't see many anymore. They were popular for sporterizing because of the light weight receiver. Nice pick-up for sure.
