    L81A1 article help

I know this is not quite the right location but perhaps folks here can be of help, as this site is the closest to a vintage English target rifle site as there is.

I am attempting to build a L81A1 rifle and have most of the parts in my oil stained hands. In doing the final set up I have the glass bedding details and a nice fresh batch of Devcon. What I lack is a copy of the Alfred G. Parker article from sometime in the 1980s or early 1990s that relates to the best way to set up the action and the wood. It is my understanding this article goes into the small details of how the action screws need to be tightened and some other small details that can have a large effect on the down range accuracy.

I have tried to find the article but have not been successful. Are there any English Bisley shooters that might recall the article and have a copy? I believe it was published in the English shooting press sometime between 1985 and 1993, with the date most likely being in the late 1980s. It is supposed to detail a number of small tricks that will help the accuracy of the L81A1 rifle.

Thanks to anyone who might have a lead on this.

If you can find who wrote the article below in the link, it may point you in the right direction, if it was the eighties can only think of a magazine like Guns Revue or similar.

Thanks I had read that article at another site. It does make reference to the torquing issue.
