Not a 1903 expert, but your receiver appears to date from 1931. If was re-arsenaled for World War II with a High Standard (HS) barrel from 1944 and with a new bolt. The straight stock appears to be from a 1903-A3 rifle and has been itself been through re-build at least a couple of times ('P' firing proof surrounded by square, stamped on bottom of wrist), probably at San Antonio Arsenal (CSAA re-build stamp). Enjoy!

Red River Arsenal and later as Red River Army Depot used a P in square proof.
