Help With My New 03-A3

Hello , I am posting pictures of my 03-A3 and hope someone can help with some information. I haven't had the rifle very long and wonder if I should shoot it or just cars for it It looks unfired with this barrel but I don't know if it has been changed. there is only one stamp on the wood that I can't read. Any information would help. Thanks for looking
