P-14 converted to 8x57mm on Gunbroker

A Belgian conversion of a P-14 to 8x57mm is on Gunbroker #315586958. Barrel is marked 8X57 MR B. BLINDEE PV

The rifle has been sold. B.BLINDEE stands for "balle blindée" i.e jacketed bullet. PV (poudre vive) indicates smokeless powder proof. The MR has me puzzled. I wonder if the sellers read that correctly?
