    .22 l.r. Cal range sports

    I have a target rifle marked :-

.22 L.R. CAL RANGE SPORTS CAN MADE IN CHINA BY NORINCO.
( I do not know what CAN means )

Has any one ever come across this model?

I know of Norinco and have .22s by them, but cannot find any
    reference anywhere to this model.

It does shoot well, and it is a very good junior training rifle.

It reminds me a little of an old Mauser KKM target rifle I had in the late 80s.

They did a Mauser looking rifle and a short rifle with a side mounted scope. No photos, though. I wish I had the long version, but someone else scarfed up the only one I ever saw. But if you need photos of the short version for reference something can be arranged...
