    DDTC policy change

The U.S. Dept. of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Control has changed the policy to allow export of obsolete rifles in caliber 7.62 and 5.56 NATO. That means C&R L39 and L42 rifles are legal to export again to qualified importers.
