Treasures of "the shed"(tm) for the boys down under: need an opinion

Found a couple of junker grade Mk.1* in "the shed"(tm) a while ago. Bog standard but complete enough that I will/should be able to resurrect them to complete rifles...someday.
Question: were the stock discs also marked AHL????...none of the other discs I have are marked and the stocks appear to be original to the actions. The disc on this stock is out for the stock cleaning right now but none of the other discs were marked AHL Attachment 41167

Looks good, 1 ALH was the formation, I can't quite see the Rgt. No. above the line, it could be on the disc.
Is it a 3? in which case it would be 3rd Light Horse Regiment, 1 Australiaicon Lighthorse.

Lance: If yours originally came from north of the razor wire, I probably know where it came from. There were two cases of them show up and all were beat to snot. I bought almost a case of them for parts and they have been languishing in "the shed"(tm) for 35 plus years. I suspect that a number were sold off down around your old stomping grounds over the years.
Nice to see them surfacing. Mine is marked 3/1/AHL..... and I have two or three more butts so marked, but none of the discs are marked which I found strange considering the time period.
