Our local aviation museum, the Military Aviation Museum, will take delivery of the De Haviland Mosquito that was restored by its New Zealandpartners tomorrow. It will arrive in three shipping containers. There are pictures from it being crated up HERE. The plane was built in 1945, bought by a farmer and then left to rot in a field. Restoration began eight years ago.
