Looking for one of these lens if anyone can help, its the one in the eyepeice, or if you can provide any details.

Know who will grind one up for you. You can bet your bottom dollar that if YOU want/need one, then there will be several others that need one too. So get 5 made (cheaper that way......) sell the others on at 5/4ths the price and you end up with yours for free.
