    1943 Savage Unit Disk Question

    My first post here.
    I just got a 1943 N4 MK1* all matching rifle with a unit disk that reads B A 135
I have searched the internet trying to identify it with no luck.

The rifle is mint, all matching, no import mark and I am trying to see if it ever left the country, hopefully the unit disk will provide some answers.

    Thank you

    I will tonight.
as far as the unit disk goes, is there a reference that might identify what BA 135 stands for?

Pictures added, what do you think?

About the unit disk, it says BA 315 and the buttplate has 315 number on it as well.
