I wish I had that WC62! We had a WC63 (winch model) in the Crescent City Independence Day parade.

That's a Dodge, correct?
Yes, it is a Dodge. The WC (weapons carrier) 51 is a 4X4 3/4 ton no winch, 52 4X4 with winch, 62, 6X6 1-1/2 ton no winch and the 63 with winch were all Dodges. The WC51/52 are the same as the WC62/63 except they added a second rear axle. The drive train is of the early type which uses two output shafts, one to each rear differential. The GMC CCKW, M211 and M135 all used the same setup.

I've always loved looking at them. Nothing wrong with a GP, but those "WC's" are special.
