Mk2 forend (L39),
L39 serial no. on bolt,
No.4T sight not meterised,
No scope or scope number on wrist of butt,
Front pad is not really straight, and looks like it been re-fitted recently- file marks and/or paint missing from inner side of pad!

Rifle built out of parts possibly? Wonder if Simon has the number on his list??

Gemco was the importer for Navy Arms in the early 1990's. Val Forgett did bring in 350 or so if memory serves. He also had about the same number of L39's so XL39E1 may well have it, built out of leftover parts.
