Interesting AR-18 or AR180 scope mounts

Picked up these bits yesterday. Nice User Handbook by Sterling for the AR-18. But not sure if these one inch scope mounts are for the AR-18/AR180. Vital fitting dimensions are the same as you can see from the pictures. Are they military and any idea of worth? They are shown next to an original Armalite scope/mount which is boxed with its lens caps, instruction manual and lens cloth. Not much use in the UK as we haven't been allowed to use these since the Hungerford semi-auto rifle ban.

The mounts pictured are for the AR-18/180 and were designed for use with the Singlepoint sight which was marketed for a while with the AR-180.
