    Need some help with values

I haven't kept up with current values milsurps and would like some opinions on the value of the following from those of you who have.

    1. Polish Nagant carbine......this is one of the rifles made in the 50s, it is unfired, probably in 95%+ condition.

    2. MAS 49/56 with all accessories (magazines, bayonet, night sights etc), nice rifle that hasn't been shot much.

    3. Swede "38", numbers on bolt and receiver match, but not an all matching numbers rifle, straight bolt, stock disk is there, but I don't have the rifle in front of me to give details......wood has a few dings but the rifle is in 85%+ condition and shoots great.

    4. Swede 94 carbine:

    Receiver marked
    Carl Gustafs Stads
    Gevarsfaktori
    Interarmco G33/50

    RL 478xx

numbers match on bolt parts, no number on buttplate or bottom metal......non-matching numbers on nose piece and barrel band

    No barrel extension

    bayonet lug is missing??

    stock disc

    5
    A1
    No 149

buckle slot and through hole in the stock have been filled with wood

stock has been sanded too much so that the buttplate is "proud" in several areas

receiver & barrel in excellent condition....no rust anywhere I can see....bore is very nice

    5. FN49 8mm Egyptian contract, 85%+ condition, stock has been refinished, plastic buttplate?

I realize that exact value depends on many details I haven't included, but I'd appreciate a "best guess" if you would care to give one.

    Thanks, Mark

1: $200-250. The Polish M44s are undervalued, IMO.

5: $450-550. I'll have to check my book but the plastic buttplate may indicate it was restocked by Century and not original. What markings on the receiver ring?

No worries, I can't get to my reference for a while either.

Sorry I can't help you with the other values, Mausers and MASs don't do anything for me.
