LoL! At first I thought they were stadium lights and thought what the hell are they doing there!! then realized the "lights" are insulators.. My modern day mind at work there....

Yeah, when the South was upgrading to either underground lines or large trunks and there were miles and miles of these poles along the highway, we'd climb up and grab an insulator or two as an ornament. I used to have a collection.
