Commerical No.1 Mk.III date?

Hello all! I have recently acquired a very nice BSA commercial No.1 Mk.III in a trade. The gentleman I received it from suggested it was made in the 1914-1916 time-frame, but I have been searching all over the web to find out how I can determine the date but haven't had any luck. Here are some facts:

- Top of receiver and side of barrel have South African "U" with arrow
- Bottom of barrel has multiple marks, including a "W", a "T", and the number 3 inside of a star, and a "/10" to the bottom right of the star.
- All numbers match (except barrel which isn't numbered)
- There is a "V" and a "T" stamped under the buttstock
- Serial number is 13192
- Receiver and barrel have the BM inspector marks

Any help would be MUCH appreciated! I can take pics of whatever you guys need

Receiver and barrel have the BM inspector marks

They are not inspectors marks but Birmingham Proof marks (Birmingham Military). In addition to the BM marks, you will find a pair of crossed sceptres with the date of Proof code. You can find out how to interpret the codes here: http://www.rifleman.org.uk/Dating%20your%20rifle.htm

Thanks! I did find the code on the barrel (scepters with an "O" for 1935/36). Is there only supposed to be one on the barrel? That's the only one I can find.

Yes. That is correct.
