Sorry no hit. Closest 217738 Co G 40th USV INF . I'm guessing a good chance that is where is served ,as there are a lot of numbers above and below that are all from the 40th. No way to prove for sure. Merry Christmas,John

Thank you. I did a little playing on google and came up with this about action in the Philippines. Some pretty good photos. One about halfway down, if I'm not mistaken, and its not staged, shows a troop getting shot in an ambush. You can see his Krag stopped in mid-air. Thank you for looking the sn up.
