    Scope re-laminatition

I recently purchased a weaver k-10 for my mosin. I wanted a vintage scope for it to look more "period correct" and I got it at a deal. however the ocular lens is cloudy. Although its still usable as is, its driving me nuts that it isn't clear. I've searched the net and keep finding posts of contacts from around 2009, but since people go in and out of business all the time, I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get the lens re-laminated or if anyone on here does it. of course I'm looking for the best bang for my buck with a fast turn around. I'd try to do it myself if I knew where to get the balsam that's used and the proper technique if anyone could fill me in on that.
