Ian Shein of Red Star Militaria Passes

Hello all,

I don't often get over to the forum here as i am usually on the Lee Enfield Forum.

I was lucky enough to get to know Ian Shein and had the pleasure of viewing his collection on numerous occasions. I received a call yesterday that Ian had passed away late last week. He had been in poor health for quite some time.

I know that he was mentioned in the Red Star Remington article below and I wanted to let you all know.

Milsurps Knowledge Library - Red Star Remington Model 1903's

He was a wealth of information and a great collector and will be missed.
