Another stab in the dark would they be Pershings or M-10 TD's just going on the shape of the hull sure looks like the air cover will be having a rest, as another question would that be a division on the move given the size of the mixed convoy and No. soldiers just curious.

Never saw an infantryman without his poncho.......Last thing I would pitch...especially in Deutschland.

Correct me if I'm wrong, those guys didn't have ponchos did they? They had raincoats, and ponchos came later. Then the poncho went out again in about the 70's and raincoats came back...
