    Need Help

    I looking for a drawing of of a M1icon Garand tool that was used until 1943 (I believe) used to insert the front sight seal into the front sight.

    Tool DWG No F 2765

    Jim, Thanks for posting the photo, I took this photo some years ago from a Rock Island Shop Manual dated 1943. Do not know if there is a drawing with dimensions available after all these years.

    Sorry to step on your toes with the pic, I couldn't remember where I found it, I just saved it because I have the rifle and seal. Makes sense that it came from you...no one else has this stuff. You probably have the tool too...
