    Long Branch, Post war?

I see a lot of attenion in these pages regarding post war guns. Especially the Long Branch, etc. Is this due to reduced production and/or there shooting qualities??SDH

Post-war longbranches have the best fit and finish of any No.4 series Enfield produced and they are usually in better shape than wartime guns having walked fewer miles.

Post-war stuff has limited appeal to some milsurp guys, but to the Canadianicon members here, talking about a 1950 Longbranch would be like an American singing the praises of a 1953 HRA Garandicon

When we talk about "DCRAs", you can directly compare that to a National Match/NRA 1903 Springfields or a NM Garandicon....
