    I hate everything,but that doesn't mean..

    I won't give this a try. But mind you, I'm not happy about it. God I hate smileys! And the prints too small. Waahhhh!

    Yes it is different and takes some getting used to. I liked the old system. But with all thing they change.

    Change is stimulating and a challenge which keeps your wits sharpened.

    No problem with the mechanics of the forum, although I still think the other style is best for a quick glance to determine the thread content. I’ll make do with this forum, although contending with the drab and dreary grey background has forced me to double my anti-depressant meds to cope.

    I'm sorry the text size bothers you. If the print size bothers you (my eyes aren't getting any younger either) and you have download the great and free Firefox browser, all you need to do to increase the text size is press "control_+." You can also go into Tools/Options/Content (tab)/Advanced in Firefox and set the minimum text size to a size that doesn't make you squint. Firefox also also allows you to use "tabs," meaning you can keep the main list of messages open and use the middle mouse button (or right for Mac) to open the messages in their own tab within the Firefox window.

    Or you can just select Threaded mode from the display modes pull down menu towards the top of the forum page.
