I had a much later copy. They're neat. Don't shoot it though. If you do, you'll have to do it regularly.

I thought that they were really neat little pistols too BAR especially the little older brother, the 10. Any reason for the change or was it just for the longer barrel. I think the one I had was 7.65mm. However, I was never absolutely sure about the notion of using the striker as the ejector when you need to unload an unfired but chambered round. Has anyone else ever wondered about this? Do you think that you really could manually extract/eject a round with sufficient force to set the primer off? Or is it a case of porcupines making love........... Carefully!
When I was in NZ, we had some Fiji Army Armourers over on an AR15 course and Lai Nakavadra had a 10/22 that'd just turned up in the Police Armoury at Nandi and handed in to the Army - where he promptly took it! We always wondered where/how a Czech
Waffenampt marked 10/22 had ended up in Fiji. Yep, nice little pistols
beautiful condition. the few I've seen at auction don't compare.
