    No, the Dumoulin receivers aren't military surplus. They are brand new. Dumoulin Herstal s.a.

    Thanks. I saw some for sale at a place that usually sells milsurp. I guess this is not the place to pursue more knowledge about a non military surplus item?

    If you want to assemble your own hunting or precision rifle, the Dumoulin receiver and bolt is one of the best.
