Strange tool indeed

This came with my 1945 BSA T any clues as to its function there are no markings on it and it the rounded portion does not fit the adjustment indent on the Mk III No.32 scope turrets.
The 303 case is for scale, any clues gentlemen!

It looks like a musket tool. Two screwdrivers and pin punch.

I looked through the Springfield tools but it doesn't seem to be there. I suspect the same, musket...someone will soon tell us which one.
