Help with id of these parts

Help id these parts guys not sure what i have butt plate is 4 3/4 inches long 1 1/2 inch top tab. with 1 1/4 inch door leaver door opening is 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch. brass arrow is 2 1/8 inches by 1 1/2 inches wide by 5/8 inches high any help would be appericated thanks guys

The buttplate looks like it's off an arisaka type 44 carbine.
