    Gas Cylinder Marking

    This is a narrow sight base gas cylinder that is marked with a "C" on the top flat. What does it mean?

    You will see different letters or numbers stamped on SA WWII gas cylinders. Meanings unknown

    AFAIK, the only one anybody has identified is the V indicating a new finish process, but I forget what it stood for IIRC it started with V.
