    Question regaeding GCA article

    Make that "regarding question"
Someone on Culvers Forum asked this question :

"Last edition had an article about what is possibly an "experimental" Garandicon.
The article states that the custom made gas cylinder has "no gas cylinder lock".
Yet it uses a lock screw.
Does anyone have any idea how that gas cylinder is secured to the barrel?
    Just curious.
    Chris."

I went back and reread the article thinking I could answer his question but

Hope Bob Seijasicon or someone else can answer this question. Thanks.

I never thought of that when I examined the gun Tony is aware of the question, promises to look and answer it when he can dig it out.

    Thanks Joe

I'm new to this forum and have been lurking to see what you folks are made out of.
I asked the question "over there".
Curiosity gets the better of me and eventually I would have asked here.
    Chris.

    Gas Cylinder attachment

Mr Seijasicon informed me that the question has been posted on this forum. Have not been here in quite awhile, so I joined, and will post the answer to your question here shortly and hopefully some photos. I suspect the front sight screw is key to the attachment. Tony
