Hanyang 88.

Grabbed this Hanyang 88 today. Actually a pretty decent example compared to others I've seen. Bore is dark, but serviceable. Any ideas as to what the buttstock stamp says?

Looks a lot like the "Kweizhou Province, Zengan County, People’s Militia" marking posted in thread "Chinese Origin Mauser Stock Engraving ID - post #56 and #57" on the Gunboards Forum.
