Zeroing a M1903 A3

I recently bought a M1903 A3 and today I took it to the range to zero it in at 25 mtrs. The ammo I use is Prvi Partizan 150 grn. Having set the sights to 100 yds the first shot landed in the 3 ring at 6 o'clock, so I set the sights to 350 yds and fired 3 more rds which straddled the 6 and 7 ring at 6. That leaves me wondering what setting I will have to use for 300 mtrs. Any suggestions please?

03A3 front sight blades came in 5 different heights to facilitate zeroing. The sight blades are sometimes marked with a letter to identify them, sometimes not. However, you can measure yours to see where you're at and which blade you need to achieve a zero. The formula is a change in sight height of .008" equals 1 MOA. As you can see from the chart, changing to the next size will result in about a 2 MOA change. To achieve a precise zero for your particular load, calculate the size you need and if the math places you between sizes, get the next taller blade and file for a perfect zero.
You can also use the same formula to calculate where to set the rear sight if you don't want to replace the front blade.

Bring your rear sight back down to 100 yard setting. Then shoot it again at 100 Yards. Your likely to be OK on elevation. Adjust as neccesary for windage. Don't change the front sight blade until you have done the above.

Thanks to both of you for the information, I spent hours on the internet trying to find an answer.
Unfortunately shooting at 100 mtrs will not be possible as the German Army, who owns the range, will not permit shooting at any other range than 300 mtrs. I use the 25 mtr pistol range for zeroing.

OK - Then shoot it on the 300 MTR range using the 100 Yard rear sight setting first. Evaluate your results. If low then adjust rear sight and shoot again. Only after going through all your possible rear sight elevations should you consider changing your front sight height. In other words, "Test and verify"

Six o'clock hold and aiming for the x ring.

the A3 was set for bottom setting to be about 400 yards with the standard front sight.
with the letter A front sight. it brings it down to closer to 275 yards.
so,
with a 6:00 hold on a 100 yards NRA target, at the bottom of the black ring, that will get you. 1 inch high at 100 yards..
