    You saw those smirks .... I saw them also before I posted this pic and I was thinking they had to be happy the war was over for them. I'm sure and I bet they were very happy it was the Americans that captured them.

    The wound badge appears to be silver, which was awarded in three grades, black, silver and gold. I would think he was wounded more than once.

    It's always the young ones. I'd bet without a camera around smirking could be hazardous to life or your looks at the very least.
