    Some of them will be more identifiable if you do something to get rid of the flash immediately covering the bit you want identifying. In the meantime;
    photo 1 That'll be the W from Wt, the weight marking so it has been air freighted from........
    photo 3&4. The transit label that indicates departure from RAF Abingdon (?). The little green star indicates that the item is a 'starred item' and highly accountable. It replaced the old 'LOCK UP STORES' category that used to be applied
    Photo 5&6 self explanatory
    Photo 7 can't see anything for the flash

    Those are just good guesses. Maybe someone with a similar but complete label will identify it even further. As for GRENADIER Company, I've never heard of that for a Company designation so one of the ex crunchies might be able to identify that to a regiment

    Thanks Peter,

    I've been told by an Ex Irish Guards CQMS that the Company on the right flank is known as the Grenadier company in line Regiments although very few Regiments actually have a Grenadier Company per se. He cited the Black Watch as a Regiment that had/has an actual Grenadier Company.

    Cheers,

    Simon.
