    Stock from 1903 Mark I

I have a Mark I stock that I have no use for. It came to me with a Mark I "project rifle". It has been heavily sanded & varnished. It has the notch for the ejection port. The only markings are BA-WL in a rectangle for the Benicia Arsenal rebuild. The only hardware is the band retainer spring, a smooth butt plate w/trap door, the rear TG screw bushing, and the cross bolts. There is a groove in the trap for the spare firing pin and its holder.

Is there any interest in this? It's certainly not a prime specimen but it might be salvageable.

You can put it on the WTS forum and it should sell.

Thanks "Art Pahl" for the MK1 stock . It's been refinished with tung oil. A few pix.
